Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of InfrastructureShift.com, its assessments, resources and informational content.
Effective date: August 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using InfrastructureShift.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Selecting “Accept” in the website privacy notice records your acknowledgement in the browser being used.
2. About Infrastructure Shift
Infrastructure Shift is a technology consulting brand and a division of BizByteIT. The website provides information about platform migrations, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, virtualization, identity, VoIP, disaster recovery, cybersecurity and related professional services.
3. Informational Use Only
Website content, blog articles, checklists, assessments, generated reports, migration descriptions, examples and recommendations are provided for general informational and planning purposes. They are not a substitute for a technical assessment of your environment and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, compliance or cybersecurity advice.
Technology platforms, licensing, pricing, security features, product names and vendor requirements change over time. You should verify current requirements directly with the applicable vendor before making purchasing or implementation decisions.
4. No Consulting Engagement Created
Using this website, submitting a form, completing an assessment, downloading a resource or exchanging preliminary communications does not create a consulting relationship, fiduciary relationship, service-level commitment or obligation to perform work. Paid services are governed only by a separately executed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or other written agreement.
5. Assessments and Generated Reports
The Virtual CIO Maturity Assessment and other tools use answers supplied by the visitor to generate generalized scores and recommendations. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of those answers. Reports are directional and are not guarantees that a system is secure, compliant, properly licensed, recoverable or suitable for a particular use.
6. Illustrative Case Studies and Examples
Some case studies, customer scenarios, project descriptions, outcomes or metrics may be generated or illustrative examples designed to explain migration approaches. Unless a page clearly states otherwise, they should not be interpreted as verified claims about a specifically identified customer or as guaranteed results for future projects.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, scrape the website at an unreasonable rate, impersonate another person, misuse forms, submit unlawful or confidential third-party information without authorization, or use website content to infringe the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
The Infrastructure Shift name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, downloadable resources and related materials are owned by Infrastructure Shift, BizByteIT or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print materials for internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, modify or distribute substantial portions without written permission.
Third-party product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies technologies discussed or supported and does not imply endorsement, certification or partnership unless expressly stated.
9. User Submissions
You represent that information submitted through the website is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit passwords, private encryption keys, payment-card data, protected health information, export-controlled data or confidential information that is not necessary for the inquiry.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Mailgun, Google, Retell AI and technology vendors. Third-party availability, content, privacy practices and security are outside our control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and freedom from errors or harmful components. We do not guarantee specific migration outcomes, cost savings, uptime, rankings, security improvements or business results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infrastructure Shift, BizByteIT and their owners, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or losses arising from reliance on website content or inability to use the website. Any liability relating solely to use of the public website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
Limitations for paid consulting services, if any, are governed by the applicable signed agreement rather than these website terms.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Infrastructure Shift and BizByteIT from claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorized submission of information.
14. Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any enforceable dispute provision in a separate signed agreement, disputes relating solely to website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
15. Changes and Severability
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms may be directed to info@infrastructureshift.com or (424) 622-4177.
